Enrollment

Eliana Aguirre is available to assist with enrollment questions, transcript requests, education verification, and records requests. Arapahoe Ridge follows district enrollment procedures located on the following BVSD web pages. Open Enrollment (November-Early January), Late Open Enrollment (Early January-August 31), Administrative Transfer (Sept. 15-April 15). Once enrollment has been confirmed, we will contact you to schedule an appointment with our staff. 

*Please note: For 1st Quarter of the 2025-2026 School Year, we will hold consults with families before Thursday, August 28th in order to get students started no later than Wednesday, Sept. 3rd. After that time, we will be able to hold consults for students who wish to start at the beginning of 2nd Quarter on October 15th, but will not begin any new enrollments until 2nd quarter.

Office Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm.
